D. Gary Young has so much knowledge about plants, the human body and how these two talk to each other. Gary is the first to re-introduce essential oils back into the United States and has the largest farm in North America that grows and distills plants which enhance the human immune system void of harmful side effects. His company is on the cutting edge of health-caring and educating for the individual who chooses to take responsibility for their health and their family's. This book was published in 1996 so it's some of Gary's older workings. He talks about aromatherapy in a therapuetic oil vs. the perfume industry standard oil along with how he distills oils and incoporates them into all his company products. This to me is an early version of the Essential Oil Desk reference. Great book to have in your library.

Edgar H. Schein is the Sloan Fellows Professor of Management Emeritus and Senior Lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Management. I would recommend this book to all those who are in the process of getting a Master's or Doctorate in Organizational psychology. I would also recommend this book to all who are looking to or currently are consultants. This book in a highly technical but readable manner explains how to help as a consultant. It gives excellent exercises to do after the chapter to sharpen your knowledge of the chapter. This an all around excellent book.

Ed Schein's book gives a very nice and easy to understand intro to Process consultation. It should be read by more consultants out there. I found his formulations simple and easy to understand and easily recognizable. I have sometimes wondered why I do the things I do in a certain matter - now I understand it better thanks to this book. It was a confirmation for me that what I do and how I do it is "OK" and I can carry on doing it. The book also gives insights into ways of experimenting with your style. Towards the middle section I found the book to be somewhat (over) detailed but for many readers this might be the right thing.

this is a great book one looking at and understanding interpersonal and intra-psychological phenomena in teams and what to do about them to help the group be more effective.
